Strategic Vision

I build and lead teams that practice applied compassion through human-centered design experiences to make an impact on the communities in which they serve in order to help people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. See my variable process.

EARN TRUST

There are two types of clients—one that is “trusting” and another that is “satisfying”. The trusting client will eagerly let you and your team lead and will be a great partner because all parties have skin in the game. A satisfying client only wants to be satisfied by giving orders; they are more likely to move on after one misstep. Earning the trust of the client puts you and your team ahead of the 8-ball.

Effectively COMMUNICATE

New clients will be feeling out you and your team as much as you and your team are trying to understand their wants and needs. The connection is important so having the ability to clearly communicate throughout the lifecycle of the relationship is key. After a steady cadence in communication is established, it lays the groundwork for a path forward.

EXCEED EXPECTATIONS

As creatives, we submerse ourselves within a client’s brand and environment—naturally becoming an extension of them. We end up taking the journey to success together. While many milestones are hit along the way, the impact made beyond the tasks completed tell the story of success, playing a vital role in surmounting goals.

No leader sets out to be a leader. People set out to live their lives, expressing themselves fully. When that expression is of value, they become leaders. So the point is not to become a leader. The point is to become yourself, to use yourself completely—all your skills, gifts and energies—in order to make your vision manifest. You must withhold nothing. You must, in sum, become the person you started out to be, and to enjoy the process of becoming.
