When I first moved to Portland, I set out to experience the revered food and drink industry. I quickly developed a respect for a couple of the owners, Ian and Prak. As our interactions grew, I was tapped to lead their rebranding efforts that included applications to their products.
Over the span of four months, I took them through the process and led many brand immersion sessions in order to land where we did. As a local institution, I was most proud when I started seeing grammable moments being made. That showed me that what we did was approved by the community. To further that humbling experience, a national broadcast show, Shrill on Hulu, premiered with the packaging as a prop.
